After over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality worldwide Chef Walter is a master in French Japanese fusion food.
Founder of YABAÏ SANDO, first Japanese gourmet sandwich chain.
Chef Walter’s father travelled from Japan to Lyon in the 1960’s, to learn the art of French cooking – he remains to this day one of his biggest inspirations. Walter worked for more than 12 years at some of France’s and London's most famous 3 Michelin stars restaurants ( Paul Bocuse, Ritz Paris, The Connaught London, The Hoxton P...)
